Mirka Polarshine Polishing Compounds

The complete Mirka Polarshine® polishing compound range, from extra-coarse cutting compounds through ultra-fine finishing polishes and glass compounds. Water-based and silicone-free, Polarshine compounds remove sanding scratches permanently rather than filling them, and are graded by number — the higher the number, the more aggressive the cut.

Choosing the right Polarshine

• Polarshine 45 — extra coarse. Removes P600 and finer. Marine gel coat and hard coatings.
• Polarshine 35 — coarse. Industrial and marine gel coat, high-gloss lacquers, composites.
• Polarshine 20 / 15 — medium. Scratch removal on fresh and soft clear coats.
• Polarshine 12 / 12 Black / 10 — medium one-step. Removes P2000 and finer. 12 Black is formulated for dark paint, composites and exposed carbon fibre.
• Polarshine 8 — fine one-step for OEM 1K and 2K clear coats and topcoats.
• Polarshine 5 — very fine. Hologram and swirl removal after P2500 and finer.
• Polarshine 3 — ultra-fine finishing polish with carnauba wax. Seals and protects the finished gloss.
• Polarshine E3 — automotive glass scratch removal.
