Buy Indasa Rhyno Sponge Beige Micro Fine Grit Double-Sided Hand Sanding Pads, Case of 100 (595169)

The INDASA Rhyno Sponge BEIGE MICRO FINE Grit Double-Sided Hand Sanding Pads (595169) are designed to produce a conformable surface, ideal for sanding edges and curved surfaces. These pads are versatile and suitable for various applications, including gel-coat, composite materials, filler, paint, primers, and varnish.

Easily identifiable by their Beige color, these Microfine grit pads offer a sanding range of 1000 to 1,500 grit. They can be used wet or dry, with pressure-equalizing foam that helps prevent over-sanding and ensures an even finish on contours and edges. The pads feature optimized aluminum oxide grain distribution and flexible resin, which reduce clogging, minimize grit shedding, and extend their working life for multiple uses.

Each pad measures 5" x 4" x 0.5" (120mm x 98mm x 13mm), making them perfect for hand sanding. Both sides of the pad are usable, providing excellent value for money.

Automotive edges are solved. Perfect finish, everywhere regardless of the application, the Rhynosponge produces a conformable surface for sanding edges and curved panels.

Available in five color-coded grit levels, each tailored for specific sanding stages:

  • 🟧 Medium (120–220 grit, Orange) – Ideal for material removal and surface shaping.

  • 🟨 Fine (220–400 grit, Yellow) – Smooths fillers and primer coats.

  • 🟩 Super Fine (400–600 grit, Green) – Refines intermediate surfaces and blends edges.

  • 🟦 Ultra Fine (600–1000 grit, Blue) – Perfect for pre-finish smoothing.

  • 🟫 Micro Fine (1000–1500 grit, Beige) – Designed for polishing and high-gloss finishing.

A colorful approach: With a grit range from medium to micro fine, color-coded for ease of identification
Low clogging: The optimized distribution of grain with a more flexible binder resin minimizes clogging
Consistency: Highly flexible sponge construction produces an even sanding finish
