Heavy-duty sanding discs are designed for high stock removal and fast cutting action — the best choice for harder materials, aggressive material removal, and tough sanding jobs. Features include heavier-weight paper or cloth backing, sharper cutting abrasive grains (zirconia, ceramic, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide), and special stearate coatings for cooler cutting, less clogging, and longer service life than traditional sanding discs.

Excellent for paint and rust removal, weld grinding, body filler shaping, fiberglass and gel coat work, deck preparation, and any application demanding aggressive cut and durability. Available in both Grip (hook & loop) and PSA (sticky-back) attachment.
