Description
AE 260PB is a heavy-bodied, high-strength 2:1 epoxy panel bonding adhesive for metal and composite substrates. Glass beads hold a consistent bond line, and the 60–90 minute work time gives room to position and clamp panels.

- Long work time – 60–90 minutes to position and clamp; full cure in 7 days at 77°F, 2 hours at 150°F or 1 hour at 180°F.
- Controlled bond line – glass beads maintain bond-line thickness; lap shear 4,240 psi (Al/Al).
- Weld-through – compatible with MIG and resistance spot welding.
- Applications – quarter panels, door skins with flanges, roof panels, truck box sides and other outer body sheet metal.
