🔹 Recommended Substrates:

• Cold Rolled Steel

• Galvanized Steel

• Bare Steel

• Aluminum

• SMC

• Fiberglass

For high-flex or structural repairs, use fiber-reinforced fillers such as Everglass®, Kitty Hair®, or Fiber Tech®.

🔹 Mixing Instructions:

1. Stir filler thoroughly before use

2. Knead the cream hardener tube

3. Use 2% hardener by weight (a ribbon across a 4” puddle)

4. Mix until a uniform color is achieved

5. Set Time: 5–6 minutes at 72°F (22°C)

🔹 Application Tips:

• Clean and degrease the panel with soap, water, and mild solvent

• Use 80-grit to remove paint and featheredge

• Apply filler in layers using even pressure—do not overload

• Wait for the pink-to-green color change before sanding

• Finish with 180-grit before applying primer or paint

• Do not return mixed filler to the container

• Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed
